Intensive Trauma Therapy
Coming soon: Accelerate Your Healing
Imagine This:
-
Completing months of therapy in just one week
-
Having dedicated time to focus on your trauma with a therapist exclusively working with you for the entire week
-
Gaining the skills to manage difficult emotions and body sensations while staying fully present
-
Creating space to actively process — not just discuss — past hurts so they no longer control your mind, body, or life
-
Feeling hopeful about change and empowered to make meaningful progress in your life and relationships
Intensive Trauma Therapy offers a way to heal more efficiently, while still working at a safe and manageable pace. It’s more than just a concentrated amount of therapy — it’s focused therapy without the distractions of daily life. This tailored approach allows you to do the work that truly helps you heal, without the week-to-week setbacks that can disrupt your progress.
An Intensive Trauma Therapy Week typically includes:
Six 2.5-hour therapy sessions over three days — two sessions each day, with breaks in between. During these sessions, we will:
-
Collaboratively set goals for what you hope to achieve during the week
-
Deepen your understanding of trauma, helping you make sense of your experiences and emotions
-
Practice grounding techniques to manage anxiety, panic attacks, and dissociation
-
Process painful experiences through a combination of talking therapy, EMDR, and somatic work
-
Develop a plan for continued healing once you return to your day-to-day life
Each session is customised to where you are on your healing journey and where you want to go.
