ABOUT ME

I’m a fully qualified psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, specialising in trauma. My private practice is based in Kent, near Orpington and Bromley, where I offer in-person therapy sessions. I also work online with clients across the UK and internationally.

My focus is on helping people heal from the lasting effects of trauma — including childhood neglect, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, serious accidents or illness, workplace trauma, and financial stress. I also support clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges, such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, body image concerns, and times of transition.

I work with a trauma-informed approach, which means instead of asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I ask, “What’s happened to you?” Because the issues we struggle with often make perfect sense in light of what we’ve lived through.

The aim of therapy isn’t just to look back — it’s to help you make sense of what you’ve been through, process it safely, and build the tools you need to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional strength. As you begin to heal, you may notice meaningful changes in how you think, feel, relate to others, and respond to challenges. My role is to support and guide you through that process, helping you make purposeful changes that align with the life you want to create.

Please note that I only work with adults over the age of 18 and I do not offer couples or group therapy.
